Deep Breathing & Slow Yoga

This 60 minute class will introduce deep breathing as a tool for healing the mind/body as well as slow flowing movements in combination with breath. This class will work to increase flexibility, reduce stress, promote body awareness, work on mobility, posture & balance, and offer a 10 minute guided meditation (Yoga Nidra) at the end of class for relaxation and integration of what is practiced in class.
