Hatha Yoga

This 60 minute Haṭha Yoga class will introduce you to a variety of yoga practices including: deep breathing (pranayama), hand mudras, basic yoga postures, Sanskrit chanting, meditation, and yoga philosophy. The class is appropriate for beginners to the physical practice as well as those looking to expand their view of yoga beyond asana. Please bring a yoga mat if possible and wear comfortable athletic clothes.
