This meditation class will include inspirational reading, discussion about mindfulness training, yoga philosophy, yoga practices, Zen practice, and of course a seated meditation practice. We will work toward sitting on the floor for a 25 minute practice. Chairs are available and it is not necessary to sit for the entire 25 minutes if you become uncomfortable, a walking meditation practice is another wonderful option. All experience levels are welcome!
