This 60 minute Power Yoga class will offer a challenge for the body & mind. This class will focus on building strength through yoga postures and will include hand balances and inversions such as headstands & handstands. You will also work to increase flexibility and be given the tools to work towards a handstand or whatever your goals are. A basic level of fitness is recommended. Please bring a yoga mat if possible and wear comfortable athletic clothes.
