This 60 minute Vinyasa Flow class will include a variety of yoga postures, thoughtfully sequenced to challenge your body & mind while cultivating a deeper awareness of the breath within the posture and within the movements between the postures. The roots of Vinyasa Flow come from the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system from Mysore, India. This class is appropriate for those with a basic level of fitness. Please bring a yoga mat if possible and wear comfortable athletic clothes.
