Yoga Basics

This 60 minute Yoga Basics class will introduce you to the basic standing postures in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method. These postures work to stretch and strengthen the entire body. There will be time spent on each posture to work on alignment, modifications, and deep breathing. This class is great for beginners but is open to anyone wanting to review fundamentals. Please bring a yoga mat if possible and wear comfortable athletic clothes.
