This 60 minute Yoga for Seniors class will include gentle stretching, deep breathing, muscle engagement exercises, mobility & postural work, and mindfulness training. There will be standing postures, seated postures, and reclining postures with chairs available if needed. All ages are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if possible and wear comfortable athletic clothes. We will have an optional tea & conversation time after class until 3pm.
