Youth Yoga

This 45 minute class will include deep breathing, movement to increase strength & flexibility, and positive engagement. We will work towards: noncompetitiveness, self-acceptance, tolerance, healthy habits, focus, calming techniques, self awareness, positivity. Please bring a yoga mat if possible and wear comfortable clothes. There will be a suggestion for socks to be removed but this is not required. All fitness levels are welcome. All ages are welcome if able to independently participate for the full 45 minutes.

Thursdays, 3:45pm - 4:30pm, $5 per youth
