This class is for anyone wanting to transform their flexibility and range of motion. Deepen your backbends, forward folds, splits, and increase hip and shoulder flexibility. We will focus on proper alignment, complimentary muscle engagement, visualization, breath, and assisted stretching. This class draws from a diverse array of body-movement modalities including yoga, contortion, dance, and breath work (pranayama) to open new space in the body. Gain confidence in your form and learn new techniques. Deep Stretch Training is taught by Katie Tree.
