This class will introduce awareness of mind, body and environment. We will play yoga related games, and introduce asanas, meditation, pranayama (breath control) and basic chants. Children will have a greater sense of the self, positivity, agility, strength and most important fun! Parents/grandparents/care-givers are encouraged to participate as much as possible in all activities. We hope that children only speak with the instructor during class, and encourage parents to help us reach this goal. All participants will be required to purchase the full 6-week series in advance.
