This is a 6-week commitment to create your own personal practice by learning, practicing and discussing the experiences and doubts.

Week 1: Meditation techniques: Sitting/ Breath/ Numbers/ Mantra/ Light/ Nidra
Week 2: Developing a routine and why we give up
Week 3: Who am I ?
Week 4: Sense Awareness
Week 5: Discussion and review
Week 6: Your personal practice

This class is taught by Geeta Tiwari and will be held on Sundays at 8am at 2400 Ohio Street, Lawrence.
