The word Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement. Vinyasa Flow is a powerful, energetic class where students move fluidly from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina. This class will incorporate a creative and varied sequence of yoga asanas linked by the breath.
