Learn how to prepare traditional Indian cuisine. This class will prepare the following dishes:
Chana daal with lauki or opo squash - a very flavorful traditional and delicious recipe from central India she learned from her mother.
Lemon rice with curry leaves and whole spices - all time favorite. Flavored rice comes in hundreds of varieties and each one is very popular and loved by all.
Roti (indian fresh flat bread) - nothing is better! We will use have Indian Aata flour.
Must register in advance (space limited)
All participants will be asked to bring ingredients
