This workshop is intended for those just starting their yoga journey to deepen understanding of the basic asanas for any yoga practice. Experienced yogis are welcome, but the class WILL be focused on basics including:
- proper alignment
- breath control in each posture
- flowing in and out of each posture
- techniques to both deepen and become more comfortable in each posture
Adjustments will be provided throughout the class.
