Hula Hoop with Julia Phillips
Julia is a Kansas Native and lover of movement. She has taught hula hoop dancing and yoga for 3 years. With a background in dance and a 200 YTT certification, she passionately shares what she loves with intentions that others will also feel blissful while practicing.
Hula hoop dancing is a powerful and meditative practice. We will go over on and off body hula hoop basics and a combo at the end to tie everything together into flow.
